Pre-booking information
These General Booking Terms (hereinafter referred to as "General Terms") shall govern the commercial relationship arising between GATE RENTALS SL and the user or customer for the contracting carried out through the forms made available by GATE RENTALS SL on its https://www.sibsbcn.com/ website.
Booking through the websites of GATE RENTALS SL shall imply the express acceptance, by the customer or user of the pages, of these conditions, as well as the terms of use established for user navigation through the pages owned by GATE RENTALS SL.
These conditions shall apply without prejudice to the application of the legal regulations on the matter applicable to each case.
The General Contracting Conditions regulate the remote booking relationship between GATE RENTALS SL and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal provisions, especially Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulation, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
GATE RENTALS SL reserves the right to make modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Conditions. Such modifications may be made, through its websites, by any legally admissible means and shall be binding during the time they are published on the website and until they are validly modified by subsequent ones. However, GATE RENTALS SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contracting Conditions with preference to these General Conditions when it deems it appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner. The changes referred to in this section shall not affect bookings made prior to the date of publication thereof.
You can register as a user of the website to make online reservations in the corresponding section on the website itself. In accordance with the applicable and current data protection regulations, GATE RENTALS SL informs users that the personal data collected during the registration process and subsequent reservation will be incorporated into the processing system owned by GATE RENTALS SL, for the purpose of processing such actions by the user and managing subsequent actions arising from them.
In accordance with the rights conferred by current data protection regulations, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, erasure, portability, and objection to the processing of your personal data as well as the consent given for the processing thereof, by directing your request to the address mentioned above or to the email address sibs@sibsbcn.com . You may contact the competent Control Authority to submit the claim you deem appropriate (For more information, refer to the privacy policy on the website).

GATE RENTALS SL informs that the reservation procedure through its websites is detailed in the corresponding section for the formalization of the reservation.
Likewise, GATE RENTALS SL informs that the user can access the terms of use available on the same website.
By booking with GATE RENTALS SL through its website, the user or customer expressly declares to know, understand, and accept these terms of use and the General Conditions. Similarly, the user declares to be of legal age, or emancipated minor, and to have the necessary legal capacity to access the websites of GATE RENTALS SL and to contract through them. The user is responsible for treating confidentially and responsibly the identity and password obtained in the registration as a client, and cannot transfer them to another.
Once the reservation is made, the user will see the confirmation of their reservation on the screen, being able to print it as proof of the reservation made.
The reservation confirmation and the reservation voucher (printed by the user) shall not be valid as an invoice.
BOOKING OPERATION
Reservation offers and price reference
In compliance with current regulations, especially Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce, GATE RENTALS SL offers in the corresponding section for the formalization of the reservation information on all possible reservations, their characteristics, and prices. However, GATE RENTALS SL reserves the right to withdraw, replace, or change the offers offered to its customers through its website, by simply changing the content thereof. Thus, the products and/or services offered at any given time by the website of GATE RENTALS SL shall be governed by the current General Conditions in each case. Likewise, GATE RENTALS SL shall have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the mentioned products and/or services.
Price indication
Each possible reservation offered shall indicate its price in euros and whether it includes VAT or any other applicable tax, if any. The prices indicated on the screen shall be valid at all times.
Availability
The availability of the offers offered by GATE RENTALS SL through its website may vary depending on customer demand. Although GATE RENTALS SL periodically updates the database, the reservation requested by the customer may be full at that time. In such a case, GATE RENTALS SL will send an email to the customer informing them of the impossibility of availability of the offer.
Payment methods
GATE RENTALS SL has the following payment methods:
Full payment at the time of booking
GATE RENTALS SL requests credit card details from the reservation holder for bookings through its website to formalize the booking by charging the full amount of the invoice.
Partial payment at the time of booking
GATE RENTALS SL requests credit card details from the reservation holder for bookings through its website to formalize the booking, charging 50% of the total invoice amount. The remaining amount of the reservation shall be settled 2 weeks before arrival.
Reservation cancellation
GATE RENTALS SL has the following cancellation policy:
It has 2 types of cancellation: the non-refundable one, in which the total amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking on the credit card requested. Not admitting its cancellation. Secondly, the free cancellation, which allows canceling the reservation up to 14 days before without additional expenses. Outside of this period or in case of no-show, it will entail 25% of the total stay as cancellation fees.
There are non-refundable bookings and/or deposits.
In case the customer does not show up for the reservation without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Withdrawal
According to Article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, supplies of services or goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire rapidly, are exempt from withdrawal.

If the user wishes to file a complaint, they must contact by email at sibs@sibsbcn.com or in writing to the address RAMON TURO 59 4º1ª, 08005 BARCELONA (BARCELONA). Likewise, GATE RENTALS SL has official complaint forms available to consumers and users.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
Likewise, GATE RENTALS SL reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and contents or for the breach of these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their conflicts to arbitration or go to the ordinary jurisdiction in compliance with the regulations on jurisdiction and competence in this respect.
