Yes, all the flats we manage have Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, so you don't have to worry about anything!


Some of our properties do allow pets, use the filter to find out which ones. We allow pets of no more than 10Kg, and the daily cost per pet is 5€.
Properties that do not allow pets are non-negotiable.


Firstly, because we always adjust our services to your needs. We will ask you why you are visiting this destination, so that we can personalise your experience. Also, if you need help, just call us or send us a message, and we will give you an instant response, in the language you prefer, as our team is prepared for that. And finally, our properties are excellent, you will feel at home.

The first thing you should do is check the availability of our properties for the dates you are looking for. Then, apply relevant filters according to your needs: number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. Finally, choose the flat you like the most. And complete the purchase and payment process by following the instructions on our website. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking.

The approximate address of the flat can be found on the map of the selected accommodation when you make the booking. Once you have completed the booking process, the confirmation will show you the address of the flat.

All our properties have the same rules:
- Minimum booking age 27 years old.
- No noise is allowed between 21.00 and 09.00 in the morning.
- Smoking is not allowed in the flats, except for those with a terrace for smoking.
- Other rules are subject to each individual finca.


No, parties/events are strictly forbidden in the flats. This includes stag/hen parties. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the expulsion of guests from the flat by the local authorities, with no right to refund.

Yes, cots can be provided in each and every one of our flats, subject to availability. It is important to let us know in advance once you have booked, so that the cot is ready for your arrival. They are provided free of charge.

Yes, the cleaning service is included in the price, you will see it detailed at the time of booking, so the flat will be spotless before entering and at the end of your stay.

We have links in the "Services", section, so you can book the transfer service in Barcelona. This is probably the easiest way to get to the property. In the case of Sanlucar de Barrameda you will need to let us know in advance so that we can offer you this service.

Yes, a deposit is required for some properties. This will be clearly communicated to you before you check into the property. You will not see the deposit removed from your account, it will only be 'blocked', which will be released after 7 days.

We accept Mastercard and Visa debit and credit cards. We do not accept American Express cards.

No. The final price includes VAT, but does not include all taxes.


City tax is a legal requirement that all tourists must pay when visiting a destination. The price varies depending on the destination. In Barcelona the cost per person per day is 6,50€. In Sanlucar de Barrameda there is no such tax.

Our check-in is in person, so you must inform us in advance of your arrival schedules so we can wait for you at the flat and hand you the keys. During this process, we will explain all the characteristics and peculiarities of the flat, as well as the destination. At that moment, it will be necessary to sign the contract of stay and to show us all the ID cards or passports of the people who will be staying. This is a mandatory requirement according to the current regulations of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior.

Our check-in times vary according to the property, but are usually between 15:00 and 16:00 hours, until 21:00 hours. You will need to let us know when you are 20 minutes before your arrival at the flat.

In case you arrive late at your destination, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as you know about the delay. Our check-in agents can wait a maximum of 15 minutes, as they have other guests to attend to. In all cases, please let us know when you are 20 minutes away from the property.

It is important to note that there is an additional charge for late check-ins. If you arrive after 21:00 hours, the rate is 30€ until 23.30, and 10€ more for each extra hour.




In case you arrive earlier at your destination, we can provide you with information about different places to store your luggage, as the flat will not be available. Once the check-in time arrives, we will be waiting to welcome you.

If the flat is available, we have no problem allowing you to check in earlier. However, additional charges may apply for this option.

Luggage storage space will also be available on the day of departure.

If the flat is available, we will have no problem confirming this service. However, charges will apply in all cases.
